Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Brian Byrd and I am the Broker/Owner of Byrd & Company Real Estate, LLC

I started selling real estate in the Denver metropolitan area in 1987 and moved to Montrose in 2006 to slow down and retire from real estate and go into the appraisal business.
Ironically I am working harder now than in my entire career, but the old saying of ‘Do what you love and you will never work another day of your life’ seems to ring true with me. I have tried many things in life, but for whatever reason real estate seems to be my calling.
I have been very blessed in this business and have many past and present clients that mean the world me and I would truly be honored to have the opportunity to represent you with all of your real estate needs.

I hold the designations of ABR, CRS, GRI, MRE, SRS and Registered Appraiser or meaning Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtor Institute, Master of Real Estate and Seller’s Representative Specialist.

My service areas are typically the counties of Delta, Montrose and Ouray with other sales often in Gunnison, Mesa and San Miguel counties in the state of Colorado.
So, on the map where exactly is that? It is the small towns of Montrose, Olathe, Delta, Austin, Cory, Eckert, Cedaredge, Lazear, Hotchkiss, Paonia, Crawford, Ridgway, Ouray and everywhere in between on the beautiful western slope of Colorado.
