Delta Family Center is comprised of: The Backpack Program, The Backpack Early Learning Academy(BELA Preschool), and The Family Resource Center. The Backpack Program is FREE and open to all 3-5 year olds in Delta County. The BELA Preschool has locations in Delta, Hotchkiss, and Paonia. With partner preschools in Cedaredge and Crawford.
