Horrible experience with Tony. He will bully college students and block them if he doesn't want to talk to them about simple things. Doesn't disclose everything about his properties "like swarms and swarms of cockroaches and bugs and then refuses to pay for pest control even if the contract states that the landlord will pay for it. "You can take me to small claims court" is his response when questioned about this. DO NOT use Tony and Black Knight realty for any of your real estate needs.
