The lady that works at southwest Colorado appraisals is terrible. She valued my shop at $30,000 and a builder just told me it would cost over a 100,000 to build another one like it my neighbor is selling his property and they have an old Homestead with a cabin and a beautiful old barn with rustic Barnwood. She flagged the barn and said it needed to be painted even though it had never been painted in a 100 years. My neighbor was offered 30,000 for the barn. What a loan if he paint it it will be worth nothing city slicking appraiser shouldn’t appraise out in the farmland.
