On my two sons last appointments they were canceled because they said they had the wrong phone number on file and we didn’t respond to the text although we have been customers there for five years and they called the right number for five years. The rude girl working the front desk was totally disrespectful to my wife, and we will never step foot in there again. I will also tell anyone and everyone I know how pathetic and unprofessional the customer service is.
