Most of our services require preparation time to properly prepare the room for your treatment. Preparations may include the use of products. Due to the timing, cost of preparations, and to hold the room in anticipation of your visit, we kindly ask for the following considerations when booking and canceling an appointment.

We understand that from time-to-time appointments may need to be changed or cancelled.
In consideration for our therapists & other guests we ask that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be given in the event that you need to cancel,
Re-schedule or change your appointments.
If you DO NOT cancel 24 hours in advance, 50% of your service(s) will be charged to your credit card on file.
We send out text and email reminders the day prior in hopes that we never have to take this step. We appreciate everyone’s support and hope you understand our technician’s time is important as well. We will now require signature’s from all customers that you have read and understand our cancellation policy starting March 10, 2021 via on line booking, by taking credit cards over the phone and/or having you read and sign as you check out.
