I am a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Colorado and a Certified CranioSacral Therapist. I received my Massage Therapy, Reiki Master, and Holistic Health Practitioner Certifications from Holistic Life Institute in Oakdale, Calif, in January, 2001, so I have been practicing intuitive body work for 14 years and CranioSacral Therapy for 4+ years.

That comprehensive 18-month (1000-hour) certification program included training in numerous therapy modalities including Swedish, Deep-Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Prenatal Massage, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Trigger Point, Lymphatic Drainage, Myofacial Release, Raindrop Therapy (essential oils), Reiki, and an introduction to CranioSacral Therapy.

I now consider CranioSacral Therapy to be my specialty and my “calling”. I completed my core training with Upledger Institute where I received my CranioSacral Therapy II Certification in the Fall of 2009. Soon after that I advanced to Biodynamic CranioSacral Therapy training with School of Inner Health in Manitou Springs, Colorado, where I received my foundation training and 700-hour certification required to become a Registered CranioSacral Therapist in the Spring of 2011. The theory and practice of CranioSacral work has deeply impacted my bodywork style and I incorporate these teachings, as well as Reiki, into all of my massage sessions to tailor the session to meet your specific needs.

I have a very nurturing touch, and my hands intuitively find the energy blockages and often heat up as the energy is balanced and the blockages are released, improving the function of the central nervous system, circulation, lymphatic drainage, and energy flow, thereby enhancing the body’s natural healing processes.

I know that bodywork restores impaired energy by nourishing the body and mind on a cellular, emotional and Spiritual level. When given the opportunity to free yourself from discomfort, a whole new perspective comes to life.
