Company Description

High country outfitting is almost as old as the hills themselves. From the first person’s curiosity to see what was over the next mountain, around the next bend in the river, and what is on the other side of the valley, to the hunters and gatherers of old, to cowboys gathering the cattle on the open range, to the those who just want to commune with nature itself, their has always been a calling to gain insight and understanding of Mother Nature.

Bugle 'em Up Outfitting can help you see what is over the next mountain, around the next bend in the river, and what is on the other side of the valley.

Trail Rides:
There is no better way to experience the great outdoors than from the back of horse. The two and three hour rides meander along side the Weminuche River riding the old cattle range of John Toner, the first permanent homesteader in the Upper Piedra. Half and all day rides are high mountain rides on the Weminuche Trail. All rides depart from the Toner Ranch, one of the few original working cattle ranches still in operation. To enhance the ride we make every effort to take families, couples, or specific groups by themselves on the trail rides.

COST:
2hr. $50.00
3 hr. $75.00
Half Day $100.00
Full Day $175.00 (lunch included)
overnight $350.00 (3 meals included)
We recommend each rider bring a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, light jacket and rain gear (especially July & August).
