A KIDZ Clinic provides primary medical, behavioral health, and dental hygiene services in Delta County.

OUR SERVICES

We offer complete school-based health care for youth ages 0-18 and young adults ages 18-21 in the areas of:

PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE
-wellness or annual exams, sick visits
-immunizations
-sports physicals, nutrition counseling

BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CARE
-counseling services
-behavioral health screenings
-emotional wellness

DENTAL HYGIENE
-teeth cleaning, oral care, prevention and education

OUR TEAM

Our team is comprised of eight caring professionals and licensed specialists who are dedicated to providing excellent care throughout Delta County. We work collaboratively to provide best practices through our services and in partnership with integral schools and community organizations.

ACCESSIBLE AND AFFORDABLE CARE

As a rural school-based health center, we make every effort to provide accessible and affordable services. We accept most insurance plans in addition to Health First Colorado (Medicaid) and CHP+. We also work with individuals or families to establish a manageable sliding fee scale (payment arrangement).

ABOUT A KIDZ CLINIC

A KIDZ Clinic strives to ensure that students and young adults in Delta County have access to the tools, resources and quality care they need to continue growing and learning. We collaborate with many local agencies including Delta County School District, Pediatric Associates and Delta County to promote wellness, strength, and resilience through caring community support. We have been in operation since 2014 as Delta County's School Based Health Center.
