Response: To meet national response time guidelines, emergency service calls will be: dispatched within one minute, assigned response personnel will be in route within one minute after dispatch, and first responding unit will arrive within four minutes from a fire station.

Training: Build and staff a comprehensive training facility to enable all fire department personnel to earn and maintain required certifications, as well as to obtain the required knowledge, skills and abilities to effectively and efficiently perform their duties.
